Equipped with a standard ONFI bus interface, it supports all common NAND commands and multiple speed modes such as SDR and DDR2/DDR3. Through 8 chip select signals, it enables pipelined operations for 8 NAND devices and integrates an ECC module with configurable error correction bits (supporting up to 80-bit error correction), providing comprehensive NAND management capabilities.
